iSync ("we," "our," or "us") operates iGlide LocationChanger and GPS Route Explorer (collectively, "the App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our software and visit our website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you contact our support team via email or a contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and a description of your issue. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not store support communications beyond the time necessary to resolve your issue.
When you purchase a license, payment is processed by our payment processors (Stripe or the App Store). We do not receive or store your credit card numbers. We may receive billing name, email address, and transaction identifiers to fulfill your order and manage your license.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Our website uses standard server logs that may record IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security monitoring and aggregate analytics only. We do not use this data to identify individual users.
The desktop application may send anonymized crash reports and diagnostic data to help us identify and fix bugs. This data does not include your location data, simulated coordinates, or personally identifiable information. You can opt out of crash reporting in the application settings.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We are explicit about what we do not collect because your privacy is central to why our product exists:
- We do not collect, transmit, log, or store your real GPS location or your simulated virtual location coordinates.
- We do not collect data about which apps you use with the virtual location feature.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertising networks.
- We do not create behavioral profiles or use your data for targeted advertising.
- We do not collect device contacts, messages, photos, or other personal device data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App and its features
- Process license purchases and manage your account
- Respond to support requests and technical inquiries
- Detect and fix bugs using anonymized crash reports
- Send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and license keys
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly opted in to receive product update emails.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses map tile services (such as Google Maps or OpenStreetMap providers) to display maps within the application interface. When the app loads map tiles, standard HTTP requests are made to those services, which may log your IP address. These requests do not include your simulated or real GPS coordinates.
License activation may involve communication with our licensing server to verify your license key. This communication includes your license key and a device identifier. No location data is transmitted during activation.
App Store purchases are governed by Apple's privacy policy. We receive only the information Apple provides to us for order fulfillment purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. License purchase records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting compliance. Support communications are deleted within 12 months of resolution. Anonymized crash report data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Right to restriction — request restriction of processing
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited personal data we hold. All data transmission between our servers and users is encrypted using TLS. Payment processing is handled entirely by certified payment processors — we never handle raw payment card data. We perform regular security reviews and promptly address any identified vulnerabilities.
8. Children's Privacy
iGlide LocationChanger is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
