Refund Policy

1. Direct Purchases (Website / Our Store)

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:

• Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
• You have not previously received a refund for the same product
• Your purchase was made directly through our website (not the App Store)
• You can describe the specific technical issue or reason the product did not meet its described functionality

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@isyncapp.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your order number or the email address used at purchase
3. Briefly describe why the product did not meet your needs or the technical issue you encountered
4. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
5. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Your license will be deactivated upon refund completion.

2. App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy. iSync does not process App Store refunds directly — you must request these through Apple.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period — you retain access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you cancel within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase and have not made significant use of the service, you may request a pro-rata refund by contacting our support team. Renewal charges are not refundable, as you are notified in advance of each renewal.

4. Lifetime License Refunds

Lifetime license purchases are eligible for the same 7-day refund guarantee as other direct purchases. Because lifetime licenses are one-time purchases, partial refunds are not applicable. After 7 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following circumstances:

• The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date
• A refund for the same product was previously issued to you
• The request cites reasons unrelated to the product's described functionality (such as change of mind after extended use)
• There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy
• The license was purchased through a third-party reseller — contact the reseller directly in such cases

Before requesting a refund due to a technical issue, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@isyncapp.com. Many issues — including connection problems, device recognition failures, and iOS compatibility questions — can be resolved quickly with guidance. Our team responds within 1–2 business days and is committed to getting the app working for you.
